J&J Freshlook Homes Ltd is hiring Two (02) Full-time Heavy Duty cleaners for their business.

Business address:32083 Hillcrest Ave suite 122 Abbotsford, BC

Salary: $27.50 per hour

 Hours: 30-40  hours per week

Job requirements

• No formal education required. Having education would be considered as an asset.

• At least 6 months to 1 year previous experience in cleaning is required.

• Basic English Knowledge

• Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Dependability, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized and Reliability

Work Locations: Various locations throughout the lower mainland.

 Job duties:

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
• Perform minor repairs on appliances
• Perform safety and security checks
• Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
• Work with minimal supervision
