B D S Siding Ltd. located in Surrey, BC provides services for residential and commercial projects across Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Greater Vancouver area in BC. We work to deliver highest level of craftsmanship and quality of projects to our clients. Currently, we are hiring full-time Construction Cleaners for our growing team.

Position Details

Job Title:  Construction Cleaner

Company: B D S Siding Ltd.

Company location: 14110 79 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3W 6J6

Number of positions: 2         

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $27.50 per hour

Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM every day (5 days a week)

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Work locations:  Surrey, BC, and various other job sites in Lower Mainland (BC) area as per the company’s work contracts with its clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers located at the construction sites.
• Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for the next day's work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
• Clean snow and ice from construction sites.
• Clean walls, floors, and ceilings, etc.
• Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
• Move cleaning equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.

Job Requirements

• Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Some work experience in similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.

Transportation: Transportation between work sites will be provided by the company and travel time will be paid.
