Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate person to join our team. You will be responsible for making bread, cake, and other baking food for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your creativity through cake decorating. Plan and advertise campaigns via social media to grow our business.

Duties
-Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders

-Bake mixed dough and batters

-Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food

-Prepare special orders

-Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff

-Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods

-Train staff

-Inspect kitchen and food service areas

-Check and monitor product quality

-Perform front desk duties

-Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns
