Salary:                                                   $21.70/hr

Hours:                                                   35 – 40hrs/wk

Overtime:                                            $32.55/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Observed Holidays:                          As outlined on labour.gov.bc.ca – 10 stat holidays/yr

Education:                                       Secondary (high) school graduation Certificate

Experience:                                     1 to less than 7 months

Job Duties:

• Overseeing and coordinating the work activities of laundry workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Providing training to new employees on laundry procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Monitoring inventory levels of laundry supplies, such as detergents and fabric softeners, and placing orders as needed.
• Enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for employees.
• Arrange and oversee maintenance services for laundry equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize operational interruptions.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding laundry services, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
