Our major services include property management, short term rental, long term rental and renovation. Currently, we are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team to help us expand the local market.

Main Duties of the job:
- Develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies in order to create and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials.
- Develop content for the company’s new website and direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns on platforms such as web sites, emails, WeChat, Facebook, Twitter, and newspaper in line with the agreed budget.
- Design market research questionnaires and conduct analytical marketing studies to identify the interests and concerns of targeted group.
- Gather, research, and prepare communications material for internal employees and external clients.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate communications strategies designed to inform clients and employees.
- Engage in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.
Employment Requirements:
- A college diploma in discipline related to marketing is required.
- Experience as a marketing role will be an asset.
- English is a must.
- Mandarin is an asset.
