Job Description
• Supervise & coordinate the work performed by drywall installers and other construction workers.
• Assist the drywall installer to study blueprints and diagrams to determine the method of installation
and tool requirements.
• Schedule work activities and implement procedures to make necessary adjustments.
• Estimate materials and equipment required for site work based on initial plan and communicate it to other workers.
• Recruit, hire & provide required training to the workers, and ensure that the safety procedures are followed.
• Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve work-related issues and take necessary actions to improve the productivity of the company.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A minimum one year of work experience in the field is required.
