Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the assigned location. This includes managing staff, ensuring food safety, delivering exceptional guest services, and maintaining our high standards for smoothies, juices, and food items.
• Organizing team meetings to coordinate the seamless delivery of our nutritious products. Participating in management meetings to stay abreast of company-wide policies.
• Upholding Booster Juice's policies and procedures to ensure operations align with our commitment to premium products and exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining health and safety standards in accordance with Booster Juice standards. This includes maintaining the store's cleanliness and sanitation to provide a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Assisting in training and motivating employees, creating a positive and efficient workplace that inspires them to deliver consistently exceptional service.
• Coordinating with fellow Shift Supervisors and Management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and to maintain operational continuity.
• Estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies needed for food preparation. This also involves controlling inventory by maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Maintaining the functionality and high standards of our operation by handling any maintenance or repair issues that arise during the shift.
• Addressing customer complaints and special requests promptly, courteously, and professionally. Booster Juice's high-quality guest services are at the heart of every interaction at Booster Juice.

Job Requirements

• Completion of a college program in food service administration, or hotel and restaurant management or 1 -2 years of experience in the food service sector
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• To be driven and not afraid to take decisive action.
• Strong understanding of customer service is a must.
• Ability to manage a team to achieve common goals.
• Highly organized and efficient, working well under pressure.
