Wage: $20 per hour

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Setting up and closing the line which includes but not limited to working on cooking, cleaning, and organizing various food items and equipment.
• Knowing and learning the internal recipes, policies, and standard portion sizes for food items as per restaurant’s set standards and procedures.
• Preparing the ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant menu.
• Maintaining the freshness and preserving the quality of food items based on restaurant’s internal & FoodSafe set standards to have optimum quality.
• Working in a team of cooks to handle varying levels of activities.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all the times to keep the workspace free from contamination and/or cross contamination.
• Understanding and following all kitchen-related health and safety rules and regulations.
• Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required.

Work conditions and physical capabilities

Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, work under pressure.

Language Requirement: English language proficiency (written, spoken, listening, and reading) is a requirement.

Job Criteria:

Work remotely: No

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Schedule: 8 hours shifts, 5 days per week with shifts from 10:30 am to 6:30pm, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Work location:  Same as restaurant address mentioned above (single location)
