Lil' Henry Corporation O/A Tim Horton's 102925 located at 1470 Highway 6 N, Hamilton, ON, L8N 2Z7 requires 1 Food Service Supervisor on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 17.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years verifiable experience. Additionally, 4 % vacation pay will be paid out per year.

Job duties:
1. Overall supervision of restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order preparation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Ensure the consistency in taste and quality of food being prepared as per the guidelines and benchmark set by the franchise corporation.
3. Ensure safe working conditions of food preparation equipment and notify management immediately when equipment requires repair.
4. Monitor and maintain all product/ supply levels and notify management when levels are low.
5. Ensure the safe working environment of all employees working in that shift and notify management of any safety hazards or concerns.
6. Attend and Resolve Customer Complaints, when and if required.
7. Any other relevant tasks.
