Job description:

Timmins Gas & Car Wash Inc. O/A Shell located at 1300 Riverside Dr, Timmins, Ontario, P4R 1A5 requires 2 Supervisor (Gas Station, Car Wash and Convenience store) on Permanent and Full-time basis at the wage $ 28.50 per hour.  Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leave will be provided.

Job Duties:

• Overall supervision of gas station, Car Wash and Convenience Store and to attend the customer.
• Ensure smooth operations of the convenience store, car wash and gas station.
• Evaluate the competitive trends in the market and suggest the pricing strategies to the gas supplier.
• Manage the inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Plan and execute sales promotions to attract customers.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Assist owner and manager in compliance of safety and hazard policy.
• Supervision and management of employee related matters such as hiring, training, submitting payroll information to the accountant.
• Any other tasks relevant to effective and efficient supervision of the store.
