E-Net Solutions Inc. is looking for 1 General Manager to work for a full-time & permanent basis.
Job Duties:
• Organizing, planning, leading, and assessing every business activity to ensure it complies with the organization's policies, goals, and objectives.
• Creating, carrying out, organizing, monitoring, assessing, and refining organizational operations and projects in addition to business procedures and policies.
• Developing, approving, and carrying out organizational policies, programs, and other internal campaigns; figuring out how to allocate resources so that the appropriate amount of work is given to the appropriate number of employees within the appropriate department(s).
• Giving instructions and justifications while assigning authority when necessary.
• Supervising the operations of all significant departments, approving and planning the creation of departments and related jobs
• Choosing managers and other senior staff, establishing policies and benchmarks for hiring, promoting, and evaluating employees.
• Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
• Building relationships with both internal and external parties
Education:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, or other discipline related to the service provided
or
One or two years of work experience in a related field
Salary: $62.00 and guaranteed 30 hours/week.
