Job description:
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, drafts, and emails
• Prepare reports, compile data, and statistics, and document other important information from manual or electronic files
• Answer the phone calls, book appointments for the clients, and check the voicemail and the messages
• Greet and assist visitors with their concerns
• General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and mailing.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system and retrieve financial data
• To look after the complete work of the gym, reviewing emails and forwarding them to the concerned person.
• Prepare and monitor invoices, billing, process, and verify receipts or other documents to ensure accurate payments.
• Ensure smooth operation of the office and order the supplies to be used in the office.
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
• Label and locate the files as per their categories
• Handle client complaints and bring them to the management
Requirements:
• Completion of High School is required.
• A post-secondary education or/and minimum 6 months experience in the field is required.
