Education: College Diploma or Degree in business administration or an equivalent experience.

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Job Duties:

• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
• Co-ordinate the work of all departments
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to ensure more sales and profit margin.
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or sales of vehicles.
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
•  Preparation of investment plans for new business, determining capital to invest,
• financial projections and determination of financial ratios such as Return on sales and Return on investment.
• Pre-operating training programs.
•  Periodic training programs, for running business.
• Financial statements analysis, through financial ratios.
• Preparation of annual budgets.
