Job description:
ADM Dairy Inc. located at 15-5484 Tomken Road, Mississauga, ON, L4W 2Z6 requires 1 Plant Operations Supervisor on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 27.25 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 1 year to less than 2 years’ supervisory experience is required. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

JOB DUTIES AS A PLANT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR:
- Overall Supervision of production process and production personnel.
- Ensure that the products are manufactured and ready to be shipped within the deadlines by maintaining the optimum work flow measures and minimizing loss and waste.
- Keep a check on consistency in quality and quantity of food as per the prescribed formulas and recipes.
- Active involvement in equipment maintenance and repairs as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Strict Adherence to the company policies, food safety regulations compliance, workplace safety compliance and maintain high staff hygiene levels.
- Training new production staff and continuous coaching.
- Any other relevant task for smooth operations of the plant.
