We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist in developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns at Pixel Pulse Dynamics. Reporting to the director, you will implement, monitor, and report on effective traditional and digital marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.

Job title: Marketing Specialist
Full-time permanent.
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week
Wage: $41/hour
Work Location: 119 14 St NW Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6
Language: English
Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of gross salary
Core Responsibilities
1.Conduct market research and assist in the implementation of company marketing plans.
2.Develop and create promotional content for websites, blogs, and other marketing material (newsletters, eblasts, packaging labels, etc.,).
3.Advise on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies
4.Plan, develop and execute ideas for creative marketing campaigns
5.Liaise with external vendors/suppliers/partners to execute promotional events and campaigns
6.Build and manage company social media profiles and presence.
7.Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
8.Set up and manage all paid digital advertising (social media, Google Ads, etc.)
Requirements and skills
A college diploma in marketing, business, communications or equivalent
Proven at least 1 years’ experience as marketing specialist or similar role
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
Proficient in English
Fluent in a second language will be an asset
