We, Luxury First Hotel, are looking for 2 Full-time, Permanent Front Desk Clerks. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants).

Position: Front desk clerk
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $17.00/hr based on 30-36hrs/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day and 44hrs/wk
Work location: 101 Opportunity Dr, Wabasca-Desmarais, AB T0G 2K0

Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: Experience is not required, training will be provided

Job Duties:
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guest
- Answer phone calls, questions from customers, guide/give local information to enjoy their travel, and respond to customers' complaints
- Record and check daily visitor sheet, guest accounts, receipts, and keep the record by using computerized or manual systems
- Verify customers' credit/debit cards, and establish how they will pay for the accommodation
- Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment
- Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations
