Salary: $27.50 per hour

Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Surrey, BC and other Lower Mainland areas as per the company’s contracts with its clients.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding.

Position duties:

• Provide equipment, supplies, and other required materials to tradesmen working on construction sites.
• Move materials to work sites and load and unload construction supplies.
• Put up and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps and barricades at construction sites
• Mix, pour and spread construction materials.
• Dig trenches, fill holes or compact earth to prepare site for construction.
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
• Remove rubble and debris from the work site.
• Clean and prepare surfaces to assist the other construction workers in their jobs.

Position requirements:

• Some work experience as a construction laborer would be an asset.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all weather conditions.
