*** Job Duties ***

• Prepare vegetables for roll sushi.
• Prepare fish for sushi.
• Make various sushi, sashimi, and rolls sushi.
• Plan and create new menus.
• Train kitchen helpers with advanced cooking skills.

*** Requirements ***
• Language: English
• Education: Completion of high school
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of cook experience
