Pipelayer Assistant
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Help the Pipelayer in ensuring slopes meet specifications using levels or lasers
Assist in joining pipe pieces and seal joints
Dig and level trenches to required depths as per the instructions
Tap and drill holes based on Pipelayer’s instructions in pipes to add auxiliary lines or devices
Utilize instruments like lasers, grade rods, and transit levels for installation
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of related experience is required
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
Driver license or ability to obtain one in a short time frame is required
Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug screening
Salary: We offer a salary range between $25.00 and $32.00 per hour based on qualifications.
Bonus: Potential bonus based on performance of up to 15% of annual salary at employer’s discretion.
