Job description

Job title: Administrative officer (NOC 13100)

Wage: $31.00/hour

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week

Address: 1425 Topsail Rd, Paradise, NL A1L 1H6

Nature: Full-time permanent. 

Language: English

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary

Job duties

1. Coordinate administrative duties 

2. Prioritize duties according to their urgency 

3. Responsible for executive support 

4. Comply with legal requirements for the restaurant 

5. Coordinate daily administrative operations with restaurant manager

6. Control on the restaurant’s budget and contracts with suppliers

7. Create periodic reports and correspondence

Job requirements

1. Completion of secondary school is a must.

2. A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is preferred.

3. At least a year of working experience as an administrative officer or similar role is preferred.

4. Attention to detail with outstanding accuracy.

5. Good communication skills and organizational skills.

6. Being good in a second language will be preferred.
