Royal Indian Chef & Sweets located at #132 - 15299 68 Avenue Surrey, British Columbia V3S 2C1 specializing in Indian cuisine, is hiring full-time and permanent Food Counter Attendant to join our team and contribute in success of our business.

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible.

Wages: $16.75 per hour, 40 hours per week.

Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Eligibility:
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
• Experience: No Experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Language: English


Job Duties:

•Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
•Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
•Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
•Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
•Package take-out food
•Portion and wrap foods
•Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
•Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
•Stock refrigerators and salad bars
•Take customers' orders
•Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
•Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
•Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure; Physically demanding; Standing for extended periods; Tight deadlines
