Job description

Job title: Marketing Specialist (NOC 11202)

Wage: $28.50/hour

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week

Address: 1425 Topsail Rd, Paradise, NL A1L 1H6

Nature: Full-time permanent. 

Language: English

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary

Job duties

1. Craft engaging takeout platforms’ content to promote our brand and offerings.

2. Continuously evaluate the performance of all marketing efforts.

3. Develop strategies for in-store marketing campaigns.

4. Create marketing materials tailored to our promotional activities.

5. Encourage customers to take advantage of our ongoing sales promotions.

6. Identify opportunities for improvement in our restaurant's marketing approach.

7. Analyze and enhance the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns over time.

8. Address customer feedback and reviews on online platforms.

Job requirements

1. Completion of secondary school is a must.

2. A college diploma in marketing or a related field is preferred.

3. Working experience as a marketing specialist or similar role is an asset.

4. Creative and good time management. 

5. Good communication skills and organizational skills.

6. Being good in a second language will be preferred.
