Permanent Position: Plumber Helper (NOC 75110)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Main Location: SURREY, BC

Work Location: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, as per company contracts.

Wage rate: $23.00 per hour (40 hours per week)

Education:  No Education required

Experience: No Experience Required. On Job training will b provided

Language: Basic Knowledge of English

Job Duties: 

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Mix, pour and spread materials.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades.
• Assist in installing, Repair and maintain domestic plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Assist in cutting the opening in walls, floors, other areas to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• Perform other work-related duties as required.

Working setting: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.

Working Conditions: Candidate should be able to lift weight (50lbs). Should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, rain, or shine.

 Other Information: Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada. Position is available and open to Aboriginal persons, youth, new immigrants.
