“Harker’s Organics Rustic Roots Winery Ltd. “is engaged in the Farming of organic fruits and vegetables is currently looking for One (1) full-time, permanent Farm Supervisor

Work Location: 2238 Hwy 3, Cawston, BC – V0X 1C2

Requirements:

• Completion of High school is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in related field is required.
• Basic knowledge of English Language

Position: Farm Supervisor (NOC 8252)

Wages: $22.00/hr + 4% Vacation Pay

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Benefits: 5 days of sick leave per year, other benefits as per BC employment standards Act.

Job Duties:

• Look after and supervise the activities of General Farm Worker.
• Hire the worker as per the requirements.
• Manage the budget and maintain records for the farm expenditure’s
• Provide training to workers.
• Make sure all work is performed with safety regulation.
• Check the quality of crop.
• Prepare the work schedule for workers.
• Make the necessary arrangement of transpiration.
• May required to perform General Farm worker duties.

Other Skills:

Legally entitle to work in Canada.

Able to work in Harsh weather conditions.

Required long hours of standing, bending, couching etc.
