Gas station supervisor

Location - Barrie, ON L4M 4X7

Salary - 21.00 hourly / 35 hours per Week

Terms of employment - Permanent employment, Full time

Start date - Starts as soon as possible

Vacancies - 1 vacancy

Languages - English

Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience 2 years to less than 3 years

Work site environment - Non-smoking

Main Duties

• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Supervision - 1 to 2 people

Work conditions and physical capabilities - Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods
