Job Duties:
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, keeping records of supplies
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Forward electronic mails, regular mails and other important information in order to coordinate with other departments of the company
• Arrange and book appointments for the clients
• Keep a record of inventory and order office supplies whenever required
• Answer the phone calls, check the voicemail and the messages
• Greet and assist visitors with their concerns
• General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning and mailing
• Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
• Maintain time and attendance records of staff
• Handle client complaints and bring them to the management
• Prepare and monitor invoices


Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School
• A post-secondary education or/and minimum 6-months experience in the field is required.
