Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

- Overseeing cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
- Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the gas station.
- Manage cash.
- Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
- Motivating employees to achieve targets.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

Supervision: Retail salespersons and sales clerks

Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Manual dexterity, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
