Salary: $17.00 hourly / 30 to 44 hours per Week

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Prepare budget, maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Prepare and submit reports as per the management requirements.
• Address customers complaints or concerns.
• Supervise and check delivery of food items.
