Job Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Provide training and coaching to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays to optimize sales.
- Conduct regular meetings to communicate targets, updates, and expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the sales team.
