Squamish Samurai Sushi is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for our two locations in beautiful Squamish, BC!

Working Locations(multiple):

- 40254 Glenalder Place, Squamish, BC V8B 0G2
Employment Conditions:
- Permanent, Full-time
- Wage: $20.00~23.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
- Working hours: 35~40 hours per week
Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of employees in our kitchen.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality and safety control standards – portion, temperature, presentation, order, work environment safety and cleanliness etc.
- Prioritize and organize the tasks for smooth operations in the kitchen.
- Make a schedule for the employees in the kitchen considering daily deployment plans and business trends.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Maintain records of stocking the items/small tools in the kitchen.
- Train of new hired employees in our kitchen.
Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of high school
- At least 1 year of work experience in food or restaurant service
- Must be available to work at least one day on weekends.
