Responsibilities/ Tasks

• Record and reconcile a variety of accounts using both manual and automated systems.
• Manage the receipt of payments for services and goods, and issue invoices to clients or customers.
• Keep up-to-date general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
• Record financial transactions through journal entries.
• Prepare and compile financial, statistical, and accounting reports as needed.
• Assess and prepare the trial balance of books.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Process payroll and prepare cheques and pay slips, ensuring accurate computation of wages and deductions.
