Duties:

New look landscaping ltd. is currently in need of full- time landscaper. The qualified candidate should be able to perform the following duties:

• Plans and executes small scale landscaping operations and maintain grounds and landscape of private and business residences.
• Participates with labour, landscape in preparing and grading terrain, applying fertilizers, seeding and sodding laws and transplanting shrubs, plants by using manual and power operated equipment’s.
• Plan lawns and plants and cultivates them using gardening implements and power operated equipment’s.
• Repairs established lawns, using seed mixtures and fertilizers recommended for soil type and laws locations.
• Locate and plants shrubs, trees and flowers selected by property owners or those recommended for landscape effect.
• Mows and trims lawns, using hand mover or power mover.
• Trims shrubs and cultivates gardens.
• Cleans grounds using rakes, brooms and hose.
• Apply supplemental liquid and dry nutrients to lawn and trees.
• Perform all other duties as required.

Wages:

$27.50/hr for 35 hours a week

Skills Requirement:

• Completion of Secondary School is usually required.
• Completion of a university or college program in landscaping, landscape design or landscape technology OR 1 year of experience as landscape and grounds maintenance is required.
