Job Description: As a General Farm Worker, you will play a crucial role in our farm’s daily operations. You will be involved in various tasks related to crop cultivation and farm maintenance. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops following proper agricultural practices.
2. Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
3. Irrigating and fertilizing crops to ensure optimal growth.
4. Monitoring and identifying signs of pests and diseases, implementing appropriate control measures.
5. Assisting in the packing and sorting of harvested produce.
6. General maintenance and cleaning of the farm premises and equipment.
7. Following safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• No specific education or experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment, sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English (French language skills are a plus).
