• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities (ocean, air and land ) of logistics and warehousing sales
• Organize regional operations - Trans-Pacific, USA and Canada
• Establish logistics policies and procedures
• Lead sales team in building relationships with clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
• Set performance goals, oversee the setting of logistics service rates and monitor revenue
• Recruit, organize, train and manage warehouse and sales staff

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
• Several years in freight logistics/or management position is required
• Demonstrated analytical, business planning, and problem solving skills. 
• Must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks from multiple services/locations.
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience in databases (Excel and Word) applications.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Must have ability to lead by example.
• Must have ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations and staff.
