Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
Wrap and package prepared meats
Remove bones from meat
Weigh meats for sale
Cut poultry into parts
Price meat products
Supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers
Train meat cutters
Slice cooked meat
