Company Introduction:
Yash Window Industry Ltd. have been installing beautiful, durable and energy efficient, windows and doors for the Ontario homeowners. We manufacture and install casement window, Awning windows, bay windows, bow windows, single slider tilt windows, double slider windows, Single hung tilt windows and double hung tilt window.


We are looking for two administrative officer on full time basis to administer our business from east and west zones of GTA.

• Position      : Administrative Officer NOC 13100 (Teer 3)
• Salary         : $35.00 per hour
• Duration     : Full Time - Permanent
• Work Hours: 33 to 44 hours per week
• Start Date    : As soon as possible
• Language    : English
• Experience  : Minimum 2 years

As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible to:

  • Perform all office procedures and practises
  • Schedule appointments and ensure confirmations
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Record price of every product for future evaluations.
  • Record and maintain schedules of staff
  • Maintain attendance records and communicate with accountants.
  • Open and distribute incoming mails and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
  • Analyze and supervise administrative tasks related to budgets, contracts, and project planning and execution.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Handle electronic enquiries via email, social media, google, etc.
  • Collected and organized data to produce routine and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS: 

  • Capability of assuming responsibility and exercising independent judgement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Effective time management and administrative skills.
  • Self motivated and demonstrate initiative to excel.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Degree or diploma from a university or College of recognized standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of administrative duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and other office applications.
