Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Specific Skills:
- Prepare and execute full meal service and individual food items in accordance with established kitchen procedures and quality expectations.
- Conduct routine inspections and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to kitchen staff to ensure consistent adherence to food safety, preparation methods, and operational protocols.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records of food supplies and equipment, and coordinate restocking to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of kitchen tools, cooking surfaces, and workstations to meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the kitchen, ensuring timely meal preparation, staff coordination, and quality control of all dishes served.
