Responsibilities
- Promote sales to existing clients
- Identify and solicit potential clients
- Evaluate client's needs and resources and recommend suitable goods or services
- Prepare reports and proposals to hihlight benefits from use of good or service
- Deliver sales presentations
- Estimate costs related to installation and maintenance of products or services.
- Draft and manage sales contracts
- Use specialized sales and marketing software to support customer engagement.
- Execute sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
- Collaborate on product customization and design to ensure alignment with client specifications.
- Provide post-sale support and maintain regular contact to ensure client satisfaction.
- Train customers' staff in the maintenance and proper use of equipment.
- Address and resolve issues related to products or services in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving equipment or systems.
