Job Description:
Conduct routine inspections of food preparation, storage, and service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards across.
Assist in the development, implementation, and improvement of quality assurance policies and procedures.
Perform audits of contractor kitchen and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
Document inspection findings and communicate necessary corrective actions.
Collaborate with all store teams to provide feedback, support, and training on food safety practices and quality expectations.
Monitor inventory control and proper labeling, storage, and rotation of food products.
Help investigate customer complaints related to food quality or safety and recommend corrective measures.
Stay up-to-date with local health regulations and company standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
Prepare detailed reports and quality metrics for senior management and franchise partners.
Eligibility Requirements:
College level degree or diploma required
1 to 2 years of experience is required
Basic knowledge of Food Safety
English (reading, writing, and speaking desired)
