- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
- Use knives and stunning equipment to slaughter livestock.
- Remove non-edible parts and viscera from the carcasses for further processing.
- Cut carcasses into smaller and manageable sections for easier processing and packaging.
- Skin, clean, and trim animal carcasses maintaining quality standards.
- May perform slaughtering of sheep, calves, cattle according to specific religious practices.
