Objective

The main objective of Pho Hoan Pasteur is to ensure that the recruitment and selection process is unbiased, transparent, ensuring that we hire the best candidates for the position.

About us

Pho Hoan Pasteur is a noodle house serving quality, authentic Vietnamese fare in Calgary and Edmonton since 2005. We specialize in pho, vermicelli bowls, and rice plates. We also serve a variety of appetizers and drinks.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

Restaurant and Food Service Manager (NOC 60030)

Responsibilities:

• Organize and plan our restaurant’s daily operations
• Set restaurant staff work schedules, monitor and review their performance
• Supervise restaurant staff and providing trainings accordingly
• Control and maintain inventory level, arrange with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Determine the types of services provided to customers
• Address and resolve customers complains and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Analyze budget and maintain the restaurant’s profits

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) School Graduation
• Language: English
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years relevant in restaurant setting
• Able to supervise 5-10 people
