Schedule: Flexible hours, 30–35 hours per week

Wage: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (negotiable)

Job Overview

Crepe Delicious is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality food and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Coordinate and supervise the work of 3–4 food service staff

Ø Train employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety standards

Ø Establish and manage work schedules

Ø Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies

Ø Monitor food quality and service standards

Ø Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and reports

Ø Handle customer complaints and concerns

Ø Maintain inventory and sales records

Ø Supervise food assembly and delivery

Requirements

Ø Language: English

Ø Education: College diploma or equivalent experience

Ø Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role

Ø Valid driver’s license

Ø Ability to work in a noisy, physically demanding environment

Ø Must pass a criminal record check
