Job requirements
Languages : English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Roles and responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct, control andevaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or otherfood or beverage service
Determine type of services to be offered and implementoperational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures andprices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safetyregulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and othersupplies
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use offacilities for banquets or receptions.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-pacedenvironment, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Physicallydemanding, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods
Ability to Supervise : 3-4 people
