Job description:
JUMBO 3 FOR 1 PIZZA AND WINGS INC. is a Pizza making restaurant in Guelph, Ontario.We are looking for a food service supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Establish work schedules
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma
- 2 to 3 years of experiences
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a minimum of supervision.
