Job description:
Salary: $26.00 - 40.00 per hour for 32 - 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Education: College in hospitality
Location: 7241 Lundy's Lane, Niagara Falls, ON
Job Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff.
- Analyze the budget to increase and maintain profits.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
