Detailed Job Description
- Harvesting, hand-picking, sorting, and packaging blueberries.
- Assisting with farm maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools.
- Pruning berry plant branches using appropriate tools.
- Loading, unloading, and transferring crates, supplies, and produce for transportation.
- Cleaning racks, trays, pallets, and harvest bins.
- Managing irrigation systems and clearing clogged water pipes.
- Identifying and removing defective plants and replanting new ones.
- Performing general cleanup in growing, production, and packing areas.
