• Interpret design specifications and delegate tasks to sewing and cutting staff.
• Inspect incoming materials and fabrics for quality and suitability.

• Measure and cut upholstery materials with precision using industrial tools.
• Oversee stitching, trimming, and pattern alignment to maintain design integrity.
• Train and mentor team members in cutting and sewing techniques and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory of fabrics, threads, and tools, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with designers and production managers to meet custom order requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished upholstery products before final assembly.
