Position: Business Maintenance Worker
Position Type: Full time and Permanent employment
Salary: CAD $ 34.25 hourly/ 35 to 40 hours per week ; Day, Evening, Morning
No of positions: One (1 vacancy)
On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Language: English
Education: No degree, Cerificate or Diploma
Experince: Experience will be an asset
Duties:
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Perform safety and security checks
- Work with minimal supervision
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
