FALCON ROOFING LTD situated at 13378 112a Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3R 2G5 and is growing and looking for a dependable, honest and reliable Carpenter to join its team.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Salary: C$ 36/ hour for 32 hours per week

Carpenter (72310) will have to perform all of these duties:
- Review blue prints, illustration, and drafts to identify specifications and compute necessities for the building projects.
- Position and affix the board to the specific position of the wall, with screws as needed
- Install wooden tracks onto the structural framework of walls and ceiling frames as outlined in the plans.
- Partner with other construction authorities and skilled workers to make certain that projects are finalized efficiently and in accordance to the stipulated specifications.
- Calculate, cut, sculpt, assemble and join wooden materials, wooden substitutes, and lightweight steel and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Install and Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
- Setup structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, stairs, molding and hardware, as well as fixtures like cabinets, doors, and trim.
- Repair and renovate the existing structure, including replacing parts.
Other skills:
- Must be familiar with various hand and power tools
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Display good physical and mental strength.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Work Setting: Various locations, indoors as well as outdoors. Need to travel from one location to another.
