Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Employer: Subway
Location: L6T 5B1, Brampton, ON
Wage: 35.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Position: Full-time, Permanent (Day, Shift)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: College/CEGEP
• Minimum Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Language: English
• Workplace Information: On site (work must be completed at the physical location; there is no option to work remotely)
• Relocation Cost: Employer will pay the transportation expenses

Job Duties:

• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
